Watch "The Cove".
Note: Do not assume the Japanese people in Taiji or Wakayama are as they are portrayed in the Cove. I lived in Wakayama 2 years, and I visited Taiji and stayed overnight there. The people were very welcoming and friendly. The Cove has an agenda they are pushing, and that bias results in the people of Taiji being demonized in the film. Unfairly so, IMHO.
