This is an vocabulary review game for Preschool, Elementary and Junior High.

Materials Needed[]

Cards with the vocabulary with one for each student.

Get the students to sit on chairs in a circle. Give each student a vocabulary item. Each item should have at least three students. Start someone off in the middle who calls one of the vocabulary items. The people who are assigned to the vocabulary item that was just called out must get off their chairs and must try to find another chair to sit on. There will be one person left over who can not find a chair. They a the new person in the middle who must call out the next vocabulary item.

Number of vocabulary items per game[]

The more vocabulary items you have in one game, the less the students will be able to participate. It is better to have two smaller games with less cards than one big game with more cards. So a good game has less cards.
