Sample Worksheet.

Create a worksheet with the names of about a dozen major cities around the world. Each student's sheet has a different piece of information (for example, student one initially knows the time of Toronto and student two knows the time of Paris). Students go around the room and fill out their sheet. here are the steps:

  1. Find a new partner.
  2. Janken.
  3. Winner asks loser "What is the time in ________ now?" (A city they don't know the time of)
  4. Winner replies with either:
    • "I don't know", or
    • "It is 9am am/pm on Tuesday" (or whatever the time/day is)
  5. If the winner gets the information they can write it down on their piece of paper.
  6. Repeat from step 1.
